Main Pool Timetable
Our main pool is 25 metres long and 6 lanes wide. Perfect for anyone looking to lane swim, the pool depth ranges from 0.9 metres at its most shallow, to 2 metres at its deepest – plus, it’s heated to a comfortable 29.5 degrees centigrade!
Leisure Pool Timetable
Our leisure pool is great for kids, families, and anyone looking to indulge in a spot of water therapy. A free form pool, our leisure pool contains a wave machine, water slide, and Pirate Cove interactive water play zone! You and your kids will have a blast in our leisure pool sessions.
65+ Sessions Timetable
We have a programme for over 65’s offering some classes and gym sessions to help motivate you to get moving.
Barrow Together Timetable
Our TOGETHER timetable is to encourage ANYONE over the age of 18 to get out of the house and socialise with other people through sporting activities. We think it’s the best way to beat loneliness, build confidence and just feel BETTER!

Membership and pricing options
We offer flexible membership plans to suit every need, from pay-as-you-go options to unlimited class packages. Individual class prices start from just £6.50, with discounts available for bulk bookings and special promotions.
FAQs
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled class.
What if I’m running late?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the class starts, but late entries are allowed within the first 10 minutes of class at the discretion of the instructor.
