We’ll be posting challenges on our Facebook and Instagram during England matches, such as guessing the final score, first goal time or player of the match. Those who answer correctly, or get the closest, will be entered into a random prize draw.

The number of camp leaders on each day will depend on attendance levels, ensuring the right level of supervision and support is in place.

Where do I drop-off/pick-up my child from?
Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Sports Hall. If you are unsure where to go, please speak to reception and a member of staff will direct you to the correct location.
To help make the end of the day run smoothly, we kindly ask parents and guardians to arrive around 5 minutes before collection time. This helps ensure a smooth handover and means children are not waiting too long after their fun-filled day of activities.
Does my child need to bring packed lunch?
Yes, children will need to bring a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle each day, unless a lunch option has been booked separately. We also recommend packing enough snacks to keep them energised throughout the day, as they’ll be taking part in lots of activities.
How do I know what my child is doing during the day?
Each day includes a variety of activities, which may change depending on the timetable, group numbers, weather and children’s interests. If you would like to know what your child will be doing on the day, please speak to the camp leaders at drop-off and they’ll be happy to explain the planned activities.
We also share photos from camp days on our social media, including activity highlights and certificate winners. Photo permission will be requested at drop-off, so please make sure this is signed if you are happy for your child to be included.
Can I get feedback on my child's day?
Certainly. At the end of each day our staff will be more than happy to talk to you in the collection area and tell you all about how much fun they have had in their group on that day.
What if my child is upset at something or someone?
Each coach is trained to deal with any situation that’s put before them to keep everyone safe and engaged throughout the day.
What should my child wear?
Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity, along with appropriate footwear for a busy day of sports, games and activities. Please also dress for the weather, including sun cream and a sun hat on warmer days, or a waterproof jacket if rain is expected. For swimming, please make sure they bring swimwear and a towel.
Who are your camp leaders?
Our Kids Holiday Camps are led by friendly, enthusiastic camp leaders who are committed to creating a safe, supportive and fun environment for every child. Staff are selected for their positive attitude, reliability and experience in supporting children and young people. Relevant staff are appropriately checked, including Enhanced DBS checks where required, and staffing levels will depend on daily attendance to ensure suitable supervision.
What can you guarantee me as a parent/guaardian?
We aim to provide every child with a fun, active and positive camp experience. Each day will include a variety of games, sports and activities, with children supervised by our friendly camp leaders throughout the day. Our team are committed to helping children feel included, build confidence, try new things and enjoy their time at camp in a safe and supportive environment.
What if I want to change my booking?
If you need to change your booking, please contact the centre directly. You can also ask our wonderful coach’s on the day if it’s during the camp and they will take all the necessary steps in helping you.
Do you have regular drink breaks?
Yes. Please make sure your child brings plenty of drinks, there will be regular drinks breaks.
