We have recently introduced two new clubs to Barrow Park Leisure Centre! Whether you prefer running, walking, or both, we hope you can find the session for you!

 

Barrow Park Walking Club

The walking group will improve your health and fitness at a more leisurely pace. Get your daily steps in whilst getting the benefits of exercising in a group. These instructor lead sessions will take place in the park. ALL abilities are welcome.

Date: These sessions will take place every Tuesday at 9:30am.

Open to: All members and casual members are welcome to join.

Meeting point: Cafe.

Barrow Park Running Club

Our new running club interval training sessions will take place in the park and are suitable for ALL abilities from those just starting out to more advanced runners. Everyone can run at their own pace whilst still getting the benefits from training in a group.

Date: These sessions will take place every Tuesday at 10:30am.

Open to: All members and casual members are welcome to join.

Meeting point: Cafe.
