CUSTOMER UPDATE
Following the latest government annoucement, we are making the following changes to our operations from Monday 19th July:
Online bookings
Due to overwhelming positive feedback from members, we are pleased to announce that the online booking system will remain in place for the studio, swimming pools and sporting activities from Monday 19th July.
Over 60% of our members voted in favour of keeping the booking system for all activities for reasons such as:
• Enables the safe use of the facilities
• Provides accountability
• Helps you to identify the busy and quiet times in the centres
Classes
We will be increasing capacity levels in all classes, so availability on your favourite classes will increase from Monday 19th July. We do ask that you continue to sanitise your hands on arrival and wipe down any equipment after use to help us keep everyone safe.
Now we have the green light, we are working behind the scenes to add even more classes to our studio timetables (see our revised roadmap below for more details!) Class bookings will be unlimited and you will no longer be restricted to 3 bookings in a 24-hour period.
Swimming Pools
Online ticketing will continue for swimming sessions. We will increase the number of swimmers able to attend a session, so there will be more availability for our members and customers. We’re looking to add further sessions in the next few weeks – please check out our reopening roadmap.
Swimming lessons
From 1st August, swimming lesson spaces will increase and swimming teachers will resume hands-on-teaching in the water.
From 1st September, there will be updated swimming lesson times to accommodate more lessons. Your pool coordinator will be in touch nearer the time to discuss any changes to your lesson time.
Please note, one spectator per child will be permitted for swimming lessons until further notice.
