FAQs

How do I join?

You can join online through our app, website or sign up in centre at reception. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.

Is there a joining fee?

No. The only payment taken at the time of joining is a pro-rata fee, which covers the remaining days until your first full monthly Direct Debit is collected.

Are discounted rates available for students, seniors or corporate members?

We offer selected discounted memberships through our Movement Membership, with reduced rates of up to 20% compared to our top-tier Health & Wellbeing Membership. This discounted rate is available to eligible corporate members, seniors, and students aged 16–19.

Can I try before I join?

Sign up for our Casual Membership (free to join) and enjoy the flexibility to book the activities that suit you, whether that’s the gym, classes, swimming and more.

Each activity is charged individually, but the Casual Membership allows you to book and pay as you go. It’s a great way to try our facilities before committing to a full membership.

Is there a notice period?

Yes, there is a 30-day notice period required to cancel your membership. This means your membership will remain active for 30 days after we receive your notice, and any applicable payments during that period will still apply.

Can I freeze my membership?

Is there a contract?

Some memberships are contract-based with a minimum of 3 months, while we also offer flexible non-contract options. Full details are available on each membership plan.

Can I upgrade or change my membership?

Are there peak and off-peak times?

Some memberships may have time restrictions. Please check the details of your chosen plan.
