Here at Barrow Park Leisure Centre, we offer a variety of studio classes that will compliment your training plan and add variety to your workouts.

Group exercise is a fantastic environment that will help keep you motivated and coming back for more. It’s also a great way to train alongside like-minded people and make new friends.

With a host of studio sessions to choose from, including Body Conditioning, Zumba Gold, Spin, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Step, Pound, Clubbercise and Young @Heart, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to booking your next session.
